Bringing Commercial Real Estate's Voices Into the Same Room.

In September 2023, the CREi Summit brought commercial real estate professionals together in Lake Nona, Florida for a multi-day gathering centered on collaboration, industry knowledge, innovation, and relationship building.

The program was designed to give brokers, owners, advisors, marketers, technology professionals, and other industry leaders an opportunity to exchange ideas beyond the boundaries of their individual firms and markets.

Keynote presentations, panels, curated programming, and networking created an environment where attendees could learn from one another while discussing the opportunities and challenges shaping commercial real estate.

The Principle
Commercial real estate is a relationship business. Technology may change how we connect, but trust, knowledge, and collaboration still move the industry forward.
What CREi Brings Together

Connection. Knowledge. Innovation.

The Summit creates value by bringing together professionals with different disciplines, perspectives, markets, and experiences around a shared commercial real estate community.

01

Collaboration

Bringing industry professionals together creates opportunities to exchange ideas, identify common challenges, and develop relationships across markets and disciplines.

02

Knowledge Sharing

Panels, speakers, and peer conversations allow professionals to learn from real experiences, emerging strategies, and perspectives outside their normal market.

03

Innovation

Technology, digital communication, data, artificial intelligence, and new business practices continue to reshape how commercial real estate professionals operate.

The Experience

More Than Another Industry Conference.

The original Summit emphasized a combination of education and relationship building—creating opportunities for attendees to learn, exchange ideas, and develop meaningful industry connections.

Keynote Speakers

Industry voices sharing perspective on the opportunities and challenges affecting commercial real estate.

Expert Panels

Focused conversations bringing together professionals with complementary expertise and real-world experience.

Practical Learning

Programming designed to surface new ideas, strategies, technology, and approaches professionals can take back to their businesses.

Meaningful Networking

Creating space for relationships to form between brokers, owners, operators, marketers, advisors, and industry partners.

An Industry in Transition

Commercial Real Estate Is Changing Quickly.

The topics surrounding CREi have continued to evolve, but the underlying issue remains the same: commercial real estate professionals have more tools, more data, and more ways to communicate than ever before. Knowing how to use them effectively is increasingly important.

01

Digital Communication

Professional networks increasingly extend beyond traditional geographic boundaries through digital platforms, content, and online communities.

02

Data + Technology

Data analytics, digital tools, and artificial intelligence are changing how professionals research markets, identify opportunities, communicate, and make decisions.

03

Personal Relationships

Technology may expand the network, but trusted relationships and professional credibility remain central to how commercial real estate business gets done.

Technology Expands the Network. Relationships Create the Value.

Commercial real estate has always depended on relationships—between owners, brokers, investors, tenants, developers, municipalities, lenders, service providers, and countless other stakeholders.

Digital platforms make it possible to build those networks across markets and disciplines. Events such as CREi Summit give professionals an opportunity to turn those online connections into deeper, real-world relationships.
